Control of Risk and Fraud (Risk Management)
We understand that when dealing with electronic commerce, one of merchants’ biggest concerns is being the victim of fraud. In response, Braspag has developed multiple mechanisms to reduce this problem as much as possible.
One of the tools we offer is the SRM (Sales Risk Management) system, which evaluates the customer’s profile to detect the possibility of fraud based on neural network technology, alerting you to possible fraudulent sales. In other words, for each purchase we inform you of the risk level you are running. Braspag also uses some AVS tools of credit card operators, cross referencing the merchant’s customer information with that registered in the credit card billing system.
